Soty brings over 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, and advisory. He has led audit engagements for clients across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, trading, property development, construction, casinos, plantations, leisure, and hospitality - as well as NGOs and INGOs funded by major development partners such as USAID, JICA, and GIZ.
Soty also brings extensive experience in due diligence and management consulting, including business plan development, financial analysis, and financial modelling. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation, the premier credential in management accounting.
